At CTS we know the importance of the correct processing equipment, but even more important is the team behind the scenes.

Of course we have the latest computerised dry cleaning and finishing equipment, but the real skill and quality comes from our team of very experienced and caring staff. We understand your textiles are an important aspect of the image of your business or home and, as such, we treat all items with skill and care at all times. The Team pride themselves in being able to identify most customers' articles from sight!

Our laundry processing facilities allow us to process smaller batches of laundry to achieve the optimum washing conditions and hygiene standards. Our traditional ironing equipment achieves a standard of finish (polish) on starched tablecloths and napkins that is second to none.

As with any service provider, we occasionally fail to meet our own very high standards. On these rare occasions we will reprocess any item Free of Charge. If for any reason we are unable to deliver when we normally should, we will always pre-notify you and make convenient alternative arrangements. We act with integrity and honesty in all our trading activities.
