Well for a start we know all our customers personally, and secondly we care about making sure we deliver an excellent service.
Our aim is simple
We are totally committed to ensuring you get a high quality of service at the time you need it. We will never leave you in the lurch and short of laundry. We even give customers the personal mobile number of our Managing Director so any major problems out of hours can be reported to him and resolved quickly. Luckily for him (and us!), this is a very rare occurrence, which means that hopefully we are getting it right almost all of the time.
We use CTS because they provide a friendly service second to none at a very competitive rate. I was also going to write – “Any problems quickly ironed out but I creased up”!
